it works, is reliable, and makes good coffee. a great deal for a coffee maker.

I have used another brand for more than two decades but the style and options have changed too much. So I gave this B+D a try. It works great! Simple to use, clean and operate. Brews coffee perfectly. Seems dependable and shuts off when it's supposed to do so. For the price range, you cannot go wrong.

Excellent coffee maker for the money! Easy to use and fast to brew! Is average size, so will take a some space on your counter, that's fine with me. Hopefully it will last a long time! Right now, I am totally satisfied with the product!

Good coffee pot lasts a long time still going today only downfall which you wouldn't get the five stars is the protective cover on the heat plate scrapes off too soon by putting the pot in and out.

Not Fancy, Not Complicated, Not Expensive. What else do you need in the morning. Replaced the same model with a new one as my old one broke after more than 15 years of faithful service. Takes 11 minutes to brew 8 cups of coffee, which BTW is really only 3.5 cups of coffee in a real mug. Yes, you can set it to start automatically in the morning. Thank goodness for Amazon same day delivery or there would have been chaos the next morning.

A week with this guy and it has been great! Coffee is brewed quickly! Easy to clean and no mess pour! Size is perfect and exactly what we needed. Black of course is always the best color!

I really like the coffee pot, it is slimmer than my last. The only con I have is it is a little loud but I have had louder. The coffee is hot, tastes good, the second pot was much better than the first, but that is on me as I forgot to wash it and run a pot of water through. I would recommend this coffee pot to others definitely.

We had the earlier model for > three years and used it daily. When it quit working we got this newer version. They have fixed all the little annoying things about the previous model. There’s no requirement to clean every so many cycles. That always unexpectedly interrupted morning coffee-making. Instead we just clean once a month. The carafe pours better. The buttons are easier to read. The shape makes it easier to pour in water. The timer is easy to set. My only issue is that the “sneak a cup” feature doesn’t really work well because of the way the caraffe fits. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars I would.

sorry very dissappointing experience, when it was switched on we were able to see the displayes , but the hot plat was not worhing.

Does a fabulous job making coffee, Day in day out. Looks great. It’s also easy to clean. Great product.
