This coffee maker works great: bought 2 years ago and used practically every day since. Not a single complaint. Super simple/easy to use!

Very good product. Works fast (full pot in 5 or 6 minutes) Well made and easy to use.

This coffee maker worked the way it should for a good 6 months. But, after my husband sleepily started the maker without putting the carafe under, the coffee filled the basket and overflowed (we were only making 2 cups, thankfully). The coffee spilled down on the electronics, and killed the machine. Now it won’t brew. When you plug it in, clock hours change (so the display works), but none of the buttons work. Sadly, I had never even thought about where the electronics are on a coffee maker, and now my machine is dead and I’ll be taking that into consideration for my next machine.

Nice simple coffee maker. My last unit was a dual single/ pot combo. It started messing up. I decided to replace with two separate simple units. This unit is perfect. Does the job well. Looks good.

Second pot I've bought. My husband drinks a lot of coffee so this works great and he loves it. Very user friendly and last for quite a few years. Will continue to purchase as long as they continue to sell it. Recommend highly.

I’ve been using the BLACK+DECKER 12-cup digital coffee maker for about a week and it works great so far. It’s easy to use, the digital controls are simple, and the coffee comes out hot and flavorful. The 12-cup capacity is perfect for home use, and the auto shut-off is a nice safety feature. Great value for the price.

Unbeatable for the money. Completely functional for basic coffee making. Programmable and allows for removal of carafe to grab a cup while making.

I think for what it is/does it's a bit overpriced (BUT what isn't these days?) It taught me a few things: 1) I prefer a cone filter to basket. 2) No way does this brew a full pot of decent strength coffee, it would never hold enough coffee grounds. 3) It is impossible to grab a cup before it's done brewing without drips on the hotplate; I hate that. 4) It looks cheap with the shiny black plastic and its appearance could be improved by simply making it matte. 5) I don't care for a coffee brewer that makes it so difficult to add a little more water as it is brewing. All of those things said, it's relatively quick. The coffee tastes fine if you use good quality coffee. When I buy another, I'll buy one that brews into a thermos style pot so there is no hot plate, and select one that I can add water to as it is brewing.

sorry very dissappointing experience, when it was switched on we were able to see the displayes , but the hot plat was not worhing.

The hot plate keeps the coffee hot. Nice size for counter. Good brewing flavour.
