Been using this for a couple years now and no complaints. one scoop on my scrambled eggs every morning along with MCT oil, turmeric, potassium chloride, a little cajun seasoning, 1/4 cup hemp hearts, and top it off with a little pepper jack cheese, then a little salsa soon as it's on my plate, yummy! This is generally around 4am, which gives me about 2 hours before I tee off and walk 6 miles around the golf course, year round under tropical heat and barely break a sweat!For reference, I'm an American, 65yo, retired and live in the beautiful tropics of the Philippines and play golf most days, year round.I've only used this product in the morning, so I couldn't comment on sleep issues at night as some have mentioned. I have this in a smoothie EVERY SINGLE MORNING! The taste is mild and pleasant. You could put it in oatmeal and maybe yogurt. BUT HERE'S THE DEAL, if you struggle with fatigue, this is a great product, it helps with energy and stress. It's also good for those who have low libido. And, it has been used for centuries by indigenous people for menopause symptoms and Sis, IT FREAKING WORKS! I really struggled with various menopause symptoms and wanted something natural. This really helped me; I mean I would say it gives me total relief. Then I stopped because I wanted to lessen the ingredients I was adding to my (then) expensive smoothies, but the symptoms returned. Safe to say, maca made the smoothie cut and I'll keep using it. I love that this brand is organic, it's a good amount of product for the money and it's gelatinized which helps with absorption. I really can't say enough good things about it. I don't know if it would work this great for everyone but it's well worth the try and it's nutritious too.

Trying this because I am just a few years too young to have hormonal treatments prescribed but am battling daily hot flashes and night sweats among other seemingly hormonal symptoms.Based on research it can take several months to really start helping but I wanted to share on the taste and initial experience.Added this to my daily smoothie, it added a very subtle earthy flavor which did not make my smoothie any less enjoyable. Maybe changed the texture slightly but not enough to be bothered by it.Will try to remember to update later on whether or not it helps with the hormone situation.

Maca mixed well with my teas, great value for size and price! to early to judge effectiveness as I've haven't had a chance to use for long, but so far I'm pleased with my purchase.

Very good quality product.

Pretty disgusting, doesn’t dissolve at all in coffee. Stays as this gel like grit that stays suspended in the whole cup of coffee. Super hard to drink, fills entire mouth with a soft gel grit, does not mix well or dissolve. Haven’t noticed any changes in health benefits or energy yet, just now I need to rinse my mouth out after coffee
