Very Tasty and easy to use.

I was unsure how this would work out since I tend to like my foods spicier than most, and I just love sharing my pickles. At first, during my "sampling" of the brine, it didn't look good, but after a month of waiting for the perfect time to begin sampling the spears, I was pleasantly surprised when my victims began smiling and not frowning. I'd call them spicey, not hot. Spicy like horseradish or wasabi, not hot like jalapeno or habanero. I happen to love them, but it's unlikely that they will become a favorite like my bread and butter chips.

The pickles I made with this seasoning packet were delicious. Little bite to them but not unbearable. And great dill flavor.

Product great. Packaging for shipment was not good at all. Product was lose in the shipping box and with other items I ordered at the same time each one of the packages of spice mix had some degree of holes or tears.

I'm a pickle connoisseur. This mix makes excellent spicy pickles. You'll want to try this!

I did a smaller batch than what is listed on the package. Followed instructions and canned them. After a week or so, I opened a qt, and they are very good! I used small cukes and they came out somewhat crisp, but very flavorful and just the right spiciness!

This does not make crisp pickles. They came out soggy and with a very unpleasant flavour. I am used to fermented pickles but thought I would try this after viewing an on-line endorsement. The end result went into the garbage and I wasted a bunch of valuable pickling cuc’s.u
