I love these plugs. This is the 3rd set of singles I have bought and I have 2 double outlets and they all work great. Something I love about these outlets is they are very stable and rarely disconnect from wifi. Solid brand. The set up is super easy as well. You do need to have the Govee app to set up and then you can use the Alexa app, which I prefer to do. These work great with routines just like any other smart device. You can also manually turn on and off your outlet by pressing the small side button. These are 3 prong outlets so not compatible with a 2 prong polarized.

This Govee smart plug works beautifully with Alexa over Wi-Fi. Setup was quick, and voice commands respond instantly with no disconnect issues. I also use the scheduling feature to automatically turn devices on and off at certain times, which has been super convenient. I even use one for my Christmas tree. The plug is compact, well made, and gives peace of mind with its safety certification. Simple, reliable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommend.

I didn’t realize how much I needed these Govee Smart Plugs until I plugged one in and felt like a low-key tech genius. Setup? Practically instant. Integration? Seamless. My existing Govee lights and sensors all synced up like they’d been waiting for this reunion tour. The Govee Home app deserves its own recognition too. It’s fast, intuitive, and actually works (unlike some other “smart” apps that seem to need a coffee before responding). Scheduling devices, checking energy use, turning things on with a tap or a voice command is so easy. In fact, everything just feels smooth. I even automated my coffee maker to start brewing when my alarm goes off, because if that’s not living in the future, I don’t know what is. Bottom line: 5 stars for effortless setup, perfect integration, and a smart home upgrade that just works. Govee clearly knows what they’re doing, and my inner gadget nerd is thriving.

These have been great! The Govee app is not easy to navigate, but this product works well. I was able to schedule times for the plugs to turn on and turn off. Great for Christmas lights! I would rate it a 5 but 1 plug in my kitchen triggers the GFCI to reset.. I just reset it every morning and it works fine.

These are perfect for Christmas lights. Plug it in, plug the lights into it, and one press pairing. You can turn your lights off or on through the app along with any other devices in the Govee ecosystem. Response time is very fast and there were no connection issues whatsoever. Govee makes the best stuff, and these smart plugs are no exception. Worth every penny.

The plug connects to my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network quickly, and the Govee app walks you through the process step-by-step. Once connected, it shows up in the app as well as in both Alexa and Google Assistant, so controlling it with voice commands works without any issues. Features & Performance The timer and scheduling features are particularly useful. I’ve set routines for my lamp and fan — lights turn on in the evening and the fan turns off automatically at night. The “group” feature allows multiple plugs to act together, which is handy if you want several devices to switch on/off simultaneously. The plug itself feels solid and doesn’t block the second outlet on my power strip, which is always appreciated. In daily use, the responsiveness is fast — commands from the app or voice assistant are executed almost instantly. Easy set up, easy to set a schedule. 2d of these I purchased, both to control Christmas lights. One is indoors for tree lights, the other is in the garage to control outdoor lights. I purchased a Govee smart bulb over a year ago and it has worked a charm. When the missus complained one of our old analog timers no longer worked I looked online for a digital timer. Few had a 3-prong plug and so many had plentiful 1-star reviews. I think a lot of smart home products are a solution looking for a problem, but the Govee smart plug was inexpensive and seemed to offer just what was needed. Sure enough, it did. Very easy to add to the Govee app, schedule is easy to set up, and appears to work just as we want. When another old timer crapped out, buying a second of these was a no-brainer and this one is ideal, too.

These plugs never let me down. They are easy to use and work great with Alexa. I have purchased at least 20 of them in the past and have them throughout the house.

The plug seems to work well and I haven’t had any connectivity issues. It was very easy to set up and connect to my wifi. I really like that they provide an API key upon request. The app is not terrible but could really use a hard look by a UX designer because the workflows are pretty unintuitive and not super flexible. I really had to get the old noodle churning to cludge together a solution via ios shortcuts. Worked in the end though and I’m happy with it. I’d recommend putting these guys on your guest network if you have one.
