The case is effective in protecting the sunglasses and the glasses themselves are sturdy. My first pair has been dropped (numerous times), stepped and sat on, and squished inside my backpack, and they still lasted. It didn't bend, break, or even get scratched.- Life changing: My eyes are very sensitive to light and I have never been able to find sunglasses that actually help block some of that light out... until I bought these. They genuinely work and I no longer experience eye pain or headaches while out during the day.
