is this ink opaque like sumi ink..... and it be used for calligraphy?

Idk, it’s a lot brighter than I thought it would be, I was hoping for a dark dark green. I never really done calligraphy so idk if it would work. I bought Iroshizuku Shin Ryoku. Still a nice ink though.
