I bought this after a recommendation to see if it would help with my joints. I have been using a combination of supplements as well as Boswellia for approximately three months and my joints, especially my knees have improved significantly. My knees used to creak, give way and I was unable to squat, lunge and get up off the floor without leaning against something, I am now able to do all of these things. As a result I am able to go for walks and start working out again. I was even, on occasion, having to use a walking stick but I have found that I no longer need it. I cannot 100% say that it was all down to Boswellia or a combination of the supplements that I am taking but I am not stopping taking them long term just in case

This is what I use when joints feel inflamed or irritated after training or long periods of movement. I notice things feel less grumpy and more comfortable within a week or two. It’s not an instant fix, but it helps take the edge off stiffness and makes movement easier. I treat it like a short support phase when my body needs a bit of extra care. Easy to swallow, I don't mind the smell and taste.

Boswellia is something that I used-to take; but soon had-to stop when I kept feeling nauseous. Unfortunately, this persisted, and never seemed-to wear-off after a month of administering; so, I stopped taking-it thereafter. I also never noticed any pain relief, or improvements to my skin-health; which is what this could potentially and noticeably deliver. Plus, Boswellia should deliver something beneficial within 2-3-weeks; but I never felt or noticed anything positive, I'm afraid. Taken continuously for 3-months or more could potentially show more benefits, if only I could have gotten to that stage. Because even though I was in the supplement industry, and have consumed mountains of supplements without any ill-effects; the nausea returned after taking this Boswellia supplement. I am already partially-blind and arthritic; therefore, I am wanting this to work, but not really wanting-to suffer any more than I possibly need-to, to end-up back at square-one. The potency of this Pure Encapsulations product is peak for both potency; whilst also delivering the minimum 60% of Boswellic-Acids, too, as well as being a brand that I trust to deliver what's stated on the label. I have heard others praise its benefits; so, I cannot mark it down for that, just because it doesn't agree with me. But if you take this with three meals per-day; then this bottle will be exhausted in less-than 3-weeks, which is costly. A larger bottle or pot for a reasonable outlay is required here for those who take this continuously. So, a good product from a good brand that a lot of my former employees swear-by it. I just swear at it, instead.
