Update 2023: We've now had this unit for 2 years and I can report that the heating feature is very nice, though it is only on/off for BOTH seats so if you're like me and my husband (I'm always cold, he's always hot) it's not super useful.This unit has held up beautifully! It's had quite a lot of use over the last 2 years (we take our RV out at least 4-5 times a year, usually more). There is no sagging or staining (and we have two dogs so that's very impressive). The reclining function still works great, all the hardware functions just as well as it did on day one and we've had no issues whatsoever.Oh and the cup-holders don't work for all cup sizes - basically, if you can fit your drink in a standard car cup-holder than it will fit in these cup-holders.Original Review (2021):We bought this for our RV to replace two recliners that had an unfortunate "pleather" coating that was starting to crack and peel. So far we can report the following:1. These feel nice and sturdy2. Putting them together was a breeze3. The material seems like it'll be pretty long wearing and tough. It's got some texture but doesn't feel scratchy.4. When disassembled they fit through the door of our RV (important feature that I was worried about)5. The massage feature is....meh. It's basically just vibration. I honestly don't think I'll use it much.6. LOVE the extra storage (the cubby between the seats on top and the drawer underneath). Perfect place to stash remotes, our blu-ray/DVDs that we bring for each trip, etc.7. Cup holders are pretty small so I'm assuming if you have a big Yeti cup or something similar, it might struggle to fit. I'll report back on that after our next trip.I haven't tested out the heat feature yet (as it's summer here in FL and I won't have the need for it until we head to Kentucky this fall). But I'll update this review once I've tried it.We also haven't really had the chance to test stain resistance, durability, wear resistance, etc. but I'll update this review after another year or so of use.

Decently easy to put together. We live and travel in our RV so anything we buy has to fit through the semi narrow door. As this set came in 5 pieces it was perfect for that. We did not order a massage sofa. We got a massage sofa. I was ready to send it back then and there. I have fibromyalgia and massage chairs usually hurt me. My husband thought we should try it out. Hauled it in and set it up. Hooked up the massage/heat. Its actually pretty gentle. If you dont have the massage feature on you wont feel the components there of. So that turned out ok. I'm short 5'3". Sitting all the way back and raising the foot rest, my feet hang off the end. I cant imagine anyone taller being comfortable. My husband doesn't usually use the footrest so not really an issue for him. But it is not very deep. Decently comfortable though.

The recliners look great in our RV. However, the set arrived with one section from a different set. So we had to jump through hoops to fet it replaced before I could install it. Note: the instructions are minimal as in connect all parts together. After installing it, the drawer would not close. Yes I am still jumping through hoops to figure that out. I just received a video about the drawer that I can't understand.

Came in 4 boxes over 3 different days. Put it together once all parts arrived and everything was included and worked perfectly fine. Having it all in 4 boxes makes it a lot easier to move to my new place. Pretty pleased with it. Seems to be decent quality and very comfortable. Also I'm 6'3 and have no trouble fitting on the love seat when it's reclined.

Simple to build, fabric is chenille not micro suede (I really hate micro suede, it feels greasy to me) double check the boxes to make sure you get the small box with the power cord and screws in it, we thought it wasn't in the box at first but thankfully we double checked before tossing the big box in the dumpster. Massage and heat work wonderfully, and there is a ton of storage space with the center console and a drawer, perfect for stashing snacks and your remotes/ game controllers. Really nice for a game room, which is where we have it.

Was just trying to find something to replace our leather like Ashley loveseat recliner which had started peeling within one year of our ownership. I put up with them for three years. This loveseat recliner is the perfect size that we needed in our 5th Wheel. The grey is neutral and thought it would hide the dog hair better lol. The massager and heat work WAY BETTER than the Ashley furniture. I never could tell that the heat was on and the massager wasn’t as noticeable as this one. We just received all 4 packages today and we’ve run the massager a couple of times already - we love it! Very easy to put together! Had it together within 10 minutes (with 2 people). The remote does work both chairs but the manual does explain how to use it individually for each chair. Very pleased with this purchase!

Came in 4 boxes on different days of the week. Im 300lbs and this is very roomy. Im 5'6" and including a photo of the foot rest, any taller and my feet would hang off significantly. This couch is firm and sturdy, great back support. The message feature feels amazing. The blue couch color does not look the same as the sales photo.

I loved the color. My husband wanted a recliner with cup holders.We are into 7 weeks now, this thing will not last more than a year. The padding in the seats could be 3 times the volume for it to last. No kids in house to abuse it. 😒
