The Mount I ordered is white, which is nice since it matches well with my wall. The problems I encountered during installation.1. The drilling template is also used as part of packaging and its heavily wrinkled. And the template actually didn’t lineup with the hole locations on the actual mount! I actually checked and it’s good thing since if I actually drilled to that template, the actual mount would fail!2. Tilt screws has one of them with thread not holding, result in tilt not holding. I have to improvise by adding a nut to make it tighter.3. The paint on one of the arms is not coated well as some internal color showing (not scratched)4. The motion is not very smooth maybe need to adjust or lubricate.I will keep this mount since I put all the effort in installation and it’s usable in the garage location. If you order it make sure to double check the templates with actual.

Very sturdy, hold tv great and goes from flush to wall to sideways

The mount was sent missing parts.Also, the mount was partially assembled when it was repacked, so the frame is bent.It’s effectively useless. But it came in the right color I ordered.
