Works great for our little pool!
We have a Funsicle 15ft by 3ft pool with the skimmer/filter combo. This adapter has been a lifesaver for me to vacuum the pool.

Does the job; careful with higher suction pumps
Works great for a Summer Waves 15x48 pool. If you have converted to a sand filter pump, you will likely damage the plastic teeth around the skimmer where the debris strainer sits as this pulls hard on it and shoves it down due to more suction than the 1.25in connector can pull in from the pool. You will need to have a diverter and/or a second suction line to prevent this if you do not have a pump with a controllable speed. Once those teeth are broken in the strainer, the skimmer mesh will float up when the pump is off. It will need to be monitored as it will cause the door to get stuck and prevent water from flowing.

None of the negative reviews I read before buying this were true for me. It had plenty of suction, it fit, and no instructions were necessary. This adapter works to perfection for me. I have only had it for a month or so but so far so good.

Does what it’s advertised to do
Works well with one slight mishap on my end. As I was using item, I didn’t remove leaves from bottom via net, and inlet on item is directly above center plug for filter, which led to leaves building up in that area and creating a jam. Other than my being a little lazy, item works great!

Works as expected
It does the job as it’s designed to do.I do wish it was a bit more substantially built; thicker plastic and a bit heavier, as I find that you can pull it out of position if you are pulling your vacuum tube too hard.But again, it works fine and for the price it can’t be beat.
