I bought this on a quick review and am delighted to say this hits the spot all the way around. Last night I used it to flavor (profusely) some bone-in skin-on chicken thighs, and yes, this was fabulous. This made the skin get nice and crispy while infusing the chicken meat with all these wonderful flavors. I am totally sold on this product and will order again when I get low on the supply, which might happen very soon considering how much I love what this does to my chicken. Can't wait to use it in other recipes because it cuts down on the guess work as to how much of all this wonderful flavors to use as I had been doing before this produced entered my cooking life. Consider me wowed

Great spice mix. It's a dependable staple in my pantry for poultry and fish.

Love this, sprinkle on vegetables with salt and pepper plus EVOO before oven roasting:: butternut squash , Vidalia onion, carrots, sweet potato, fresh ginger. 45 minutes at 375. Then slide into pot, add 1 box chicken broth and 2 c ups cider. Puree with immersible blender. Serve warm with sour cream and fresh lime wedge! Yum!

This is my favorite go to seasoning for everything!

Although I love this line of spices the $15 bottle was delivered completely shattered. Poorly packaged in a bag (for a heavy glass jar) instead of a cushioned box. No way to return it or receive a refund, so the spices are useless, and I’m out $15.

This is my go to for grilled or stir fry shrimp. They also have a the Kansas City Rub steak seasoning that I mixed with a bit of sesame oil! Man everyone raved about my shrimp and steak for Labor day. Also get the smoky paprika Chipotle for your ribs. Can't do a barbecue without my signature seasonings from Victoria's. Definitely worth getting.
