Best little washing Machine
Love it! Works great for apartment living. Gets clothes clean quickly and the spinner is so powerful it basically drys the clothes! Very easy to use and is light enough that I can pick it up out of the bathtub when it’s not being used. Not a huge capacity washer, great for small loads/kids clothing. Doesn’t leak at all! Would recommend

Works well so far, but must know its limits!
Came sooner than expected and was packaged well. I am disabled, but I was able to get it in, move it to its location and unbox/set up by myself. Had to take rest breaks but it was do able. Set up: I'm storing and using it inside my standard size bathtub/shower (when I need to use the bathtub, I left it out and onto a luggage cart on wheels and roll it into my kitchen area, then put it back when done, since I live in a very small one room studio apartment). Since it drains 100% by gravity, I ordered two non-slip foot stools and put them into the bathtub slightly apart from each other, then placed the washing machine on top of the foot stools (the space between the foot stools allow good air flow to the underside of the washing machine where the motors are located and keeps the bottom of the washing machine out of any drainage water flow), this raises the washing machine off the bottom surface of the bathtub and allows for full gravity drainage (I just let the drainage hose hang down into bathtub and use the tub drainage). The lint filter in the washing machine keeps the drainage water clean enough to not cause a problem with the tub drain clogging up (but you must keep the filter clean!). Even with the somewhat longer cord, I still needed to use a heavy duty extension cord with a surge protector for added safety. I did not hook up to water since I'm using it in my bathtub, I just fill it with the desired water temperature and level using my handheld shower head and it works great! (It doesn't have automatic water levels so you have to manually fill it either way by turning the water on and off.) How it works: I have found it works best using only a few items at a time (example/2 lightweight cotton blend long sleeve shirts and 1 lightweight cotton sleeveless nightgown per load) and full tub of water. Soak cycle, then normal wash cycle. It does intermittent agitation that is rather strong (sometimes strong enough to tie items into a knot... lol) and it does get clothes clean. Move to drain cycle manually when wash cycle is over and it drains quickly and completely (IF you have the hose lower than the bottom of the washer). You can choose how many wash cycles you want to do by refilling and resetting the timer. I found the spin side works best when I only spin one item at a time (unless it is socks or underwear) and spins very fast and gets most all of the water out! Leave the setting on "drain" when using the spin side for best results (you can add clean water when spinning to help with the rinse). I found it easier to do the rinse in the washer side. After spinning items, I rinse the washer out first, then move timer off drain and onto normal cycle. Put items into washer and refill with water. Set to normal wash cycle to do a full rinse, then move to "drain" setting. Last put each item through a short spin cycle! Clothes are done! Hang them up to finish drying. I have found it best to then clean the filter in the washer and with the drain setting on, I use my handheld shower head to rinse out both sides so that the washer and spin basket stay clean and fresh, ready for next use. It looks nice. Easy to set up and use. It is not very loud at all (I use it right next to a shared wall of my apartment and my neighbor said he doesn't even hear it, he said I make more noise taking a shower/bath then the washing machine.. lol). So overall (so far, it has only been a few months) it works better than I had expected! I am very satisfied and would recommend. I haven't had to contact Customer Service so I can't address that part. If anything changes or fails I will update, otherwise no new update is good news and all is well!

Great buy, would recommend.
Definitely a very good value. Works well and has done exactly what it stated it would do. Do not overfill it or push it beyond its limits. The motor is very powerful so use caution with delicates. Easy to use and efficient. I used it about 3-4 months and it has saved us a ton of money by not going to the laundry mat.

Great washer- inlet hose too small
I absolutely love my washer. I have some health issues that make it difficult for me to get around a lot of the time. So it's not ideal to go down to the laundry room at the public housing apartment community that I live in. This washer works perfectly and the spinner is fantastic and in a day or two everything's perfectly dry and able to put away. It's very user friendly and not hard to figure out at all how to wash and spin the clothes dryer . It's just a matter of finding out the way that it works for you . My reason for giving it a four-star rating is because the inlet hose to fill the washer tub is so narrow that it takes forever for the water to fill the tub. If they had just made it a smidge longer and more importantly at least an inch wider it would fill up faster. And also with my sink I can't use the clamp that they send with the hose to attach it to the faucet. I don't fault them for the clamp, but to have a wider hose would would fill the washer tub a lot faster. Sometimes I fill a bucket with water but I would prefer to not have to try to struggle caring buckets of water. I'm searching for a a bit of a larger hose, if anyone has suggestions I am all for it.

I beat the tar out of this thing!
I live out in the sticks. It takes me at least 40 minutes through winding hilly roads to get to the nearest laundromat. With gas going up daily, it was costing too much to do laundry. On average it cost me at least 20.00 at the laundromat, at least 10.00 in gas and nearly 4 hours of my time. There's got to be a better way! So I broke down and bought this machine. I figure after saving me 6 trips to the laundromat it will have paid for itself. Not to mention no more lugging laundry up and down stairs and dragging my dogs along to sit in the car for hours. The wash motor is super strong. It seems to me that it works best if the cloths are floating. I've read reviews saying it will leak a little if over filled. But I haven't had that issue. I did a pair of jeans, sweatshirt, tshirt, underwears and socks in both loads so far. It seems like it can handle a bit more. More tests are needed. The spinner, I have also read you want to run twice to get good and dry. So that's what I did. It spins really fast and doesn't seem to have an issue at all. You can only spin about half of the load at a time. it takes about ten minutes to spin. It should have no problem doing blankets, towels etc. Maybe not huge comforters. Otherwise everything came out nice and clean. The machine doesn't appear to be automatic at all. I just put it in my tub and use my detachable shower head to fill it. I think if you hook it up to the sink you'd still have to monitor the filling so as not to over flow it. I just let the drain hose lie on the tub floor, so set up was easy. Plug in and wash. I read reviews saying it was loud. It's not that loud at all. Probably a little quieter that my old standard machine. It's a little loud when you first start the spin because you can hear the water spraying out at first, but only for like 30 seconds. When it's done you drain it, refill and set the timer. I over did the soap at first so rinsed twice. But still only took about an hour per load. The best part is I don't have to sit around with my thumb up my as I was saying... The machine doesn't wobble at all despite it's light weight. I thought that might be an issue but it balances out nicely. I'm pretty sure there is no drain pump, so it drains with gravity, but since it's in my tub it's not an issue. Honestly I'm not sure I'd set it on my kitchen floor and walk away. But being that it's in the tub there is that peace of mind if it does leak at all. You could also fill it with a bucket if you dont have a detachable shower. It weighs only 22 lbs so it's easy to get in and out of the tub. Anyway, I'm super happy I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore. If you're like me, and you've been hemming and hawing, just buy one of these. It's sooo worth it. Hopefully it lasts a while. We shall see. Update: I opened a board and train 8 mos ago. I use it to wash my clothes, plus dog blankets. I have to shove the blankets and squish them to fit in the spinner. I wash about 15 blankets a week plus my clothes. I've run it daily for the past 3 plus years. I recently left the water running and didnt put the drain hose down and the machine and spinner filled with water. It hasnt been the same since. The brake on the spinner aint so great any more and the wash spinner got weaker. My bad. But it was running strong up to that point with all I put it through. I'd buy another, but I think it's time for a larger size. Update: It finally died. The wash still works but the spinner barely works and makes a lot of noise. I got 3 plus years out of it, as much as I put it through, it should last a single person with normal use about 5 years. Totally worth it IMO.

Works VERY well
This washer is FANTASTIC! No more trips to the laundromat (except for big sheets/items) Most everyone in the reviews I’ve noticed have all said they use in it the tub, and I agree it is the most effective (without needing to buy a bunch of other things) way. Definitely get a surge protector extension cord if you’re using it in the tub. I noticed people bought stools, but if you’re doing it in the tub, it works fine without them. Just ignore the tube for filling the washer, it won’t fit our American fixtures. I have a removable shower head so I just use that to fill it up. I’ve had a chance to really get to use this washer, and let me tell you what… it’s totally worth it! The apartment I’m in doesn’t have a washer or dryer hook up so I figured while it’s a little bit of an investment, you just can’t beat doing laundry in your own space. It is fairly portable; if you can pick up a big bag of dog food, you can lift this. It’s a little bulky to carry but it’s not bad at all. (As you can see, it’s not super tall or big, the product measurements are accurate) In a way it is time saving because you can do “full loads” in like 10-15mins if you want. I have found that you can fit quite a bit of things in the washer side. (I did one load of 3 pairs of jeans, and 4 leggings and 2 or 3 tank tops) I can fit at least 4or5 normal sized towels in there at once and they get cleaned sufficiently. I got some portable washer laundry pods and they work great, I would suggest if using pods at all, fill up part of the way with pod in and run washer for a couple minutes to pop it and sud up the water. The spinner side does require that you split your washing load, separating in thirds seems to work pretty well. Beware, the spinner side does sound like a generator starting up at first, but quickly dies down in volume. You can put a pair of jeans in there and after 10 minutes of spinning, your JEANS are like 90-95% dry! It can be incredibly efficient. 10/10 would recommend

This changed the game
I am obsessed with this little washer. I was spending $20-$30 a week at the laundromat until I finally got this 4 months ago and it's been a game changer. I did a lot of research before buying one especially because I live in a reaaaally small space, so I needed something that would fit in a closet when not in use. The only thing that would make this better is if it had an actual dryer. The rinse portion is actually pretty great to get most of the water out of clothes but you still have to hang dry everything. This doesn't bother me too much I saw some people hooking up the water tube to the faucet to fill up the wash basin, but I use my detachable shower head to fill it up and it's so much easier than using the faucet and a hose. I've washed towels, jeans, bed sheets, rugs, and so much more in this thing. It's small so you do have to do fairly small loads at a time (if I'm washing towels, I can wash maybe 4 at a time and then spin 1 to 2 at a time as the spinner is much smaller than the wash basin), but it's so worth it to not have to spend time and money lugging laundry to the laundromat. The washer machine has some safety features which actually come in handy. It has drainage holes at top of the wash bin that I didn't even know about until I forgot that I was filling up the washer and thought it would've overflowed. I left the water filling for probably 15 minutes by accident 😬 The water filled to the top but automatically started draining out when it got to a certain height. The spinner automatically stops when you open the lid It has a gravity drain so it does have to be propped up to the height of the hose - I just use a piece of styrofoam and cardboard to put the machine on and it works perfectly For storage, it happens to fit perfectly in my closet, so I just have to take it out and move it to the bathroom. It's not heavy, very portable. Would buy this 10x over

I call mine "Jesus," for he is my savior
I've had mine for about 3 months and I absolutely LOVE this thing. no more trips to my parents' or the laundromat; I can finally do my laundry at home! takes some strength and to move it around when anything is in it, but otherwise it's rather light for being a whole washing machine and spinner. the best arrangement is having it set up in the tub on top of a large and stable container so the water drains out on it's own with gravity. I purchased a longer hose so I can fill it from the bathroom sink with ease. I usually throw 4 pairs of jeans and a couple sweaters in there and it does a great job getting them clean. pros: - small, portable; perfect for a small apartment or even if you went camping - super powerful for the small machine it is - spinner gets things pretty dry, but you'll have to air-dry them overnight. for jeans, it takes 2 nights of air-drying to get fully dry cons: - spinner is small and doesn't hold a lot (e.g. I can wash a blanket in the washer, but the spinner is too small for the same blanket, so I have to air-dry it in my shower) if you get this, just remember: it's light when empty, but very heavy when full! January 2025 update: Still love it. Had to replace the first one because of a defect I noticed after a year. I highly recommend the Asurion coverage thru Amazon. Asurion’s online refund system is was very user-friendly (last used summer 2024) and I very quickly received an Amazon gift card from them via email to replace the damaged original.
