Q: Are these pants stretchy?

The crotch and exterior of the thighs have some stretch material, the rest is cotton with very little stretch.Also worthy of note, these shorts are not the same cut as they were several years ago. I loved my old shorts, which were Canterbury men's advantage as well, these are tighter and restrictive in areas where previous versions were not.

All colors say that about the zipper but it is a mistake in the listing. There is no zipper on rugby shorts. Amazon controls the listings and usually will not let us fix them.

No they do not. It’s up to your discretion if you wish to wear any. Pro tip. Do.

Q: If I have a 28-29 waist would a small be good?

XS = 28-30" waist S = 30-32" waist You have to decide which fit you prefer, tight or loose.
