I’m a 34DD and got a medium. It fit the gals decently. A little small so the band gets a little lost.. but all the bits are covered and supported. If I got a large the band would probably be too loose.

As is the case with most other sports bras, I feel like this is atleast 1, if not 2, sizes too small. For reference, I'm a 38C in normal bras, with a 33" waist. I ordered an XL and couldn't even stretch it over my shoulders! I was shocked how big the difference was.
