Relief for post partum mamas
Every new mummy remembers the fear of the first few trips to the bathroom after having a baby. I had an assisted birth with an episiotomy and forceps so the fear was REAL! I was gifted this set to this for my baby shower and honestly it helped so much in those first few days! The instant ice Maxi pads gave so much relief. One less thing to think of postpartum!
Great postpartum recovery kit - especially if you delivery vaginally! However, if like me you deliver unexpectedly via c-section majority of the items you wonโt use (wipes, foam and cooling pads), which is why it loses a star. I did use the pads and shorts and they were the BEST things and highly recommend them postpartum, incredibly comfortable! It is expensive for what it is but worth it if you want that postpartum peace of mind.

Amazing postpartum recovery kit

Not worth it
I bought because I thought that will help me during post partum, but was not the case. I ended up using the always diaper and none of the other products on the package. The cooling maxpads caused pain because they are big and rough. The disposable underwear had to be used with something which was also not ideal and painful. The cooling and the foam are good, but for the price I didn't think was worth it.
