it was perfect until...
My dogs ate it, same day i got it , i used it once than the boys , sally and flow chewed all the black off of the hand grips... i s till use it and it was sad when it happened , because i loved it, the seller got it to me in 1 day

Readily apparent defects
Junk! Came defective in the box -- tube had a very noticeable stretched and permanently creased area. Poor quality control.

Sculpting Tubes w/handles
These tubes with the handles represent the same use as the other resisting straps, as for myself the handles come in handy when doing certain workouts because the handles give you more holding support and no worries about it snapping from your hands and causing injury, I have been using this certain type for a while now and just recently ordered from Amazon my resistant loop bands to add to my workout and I am pleased to say they are a great combination I would recommend them in anyone's workout..
