Weighted ball makes it very easy and fun
I love this hula hoop. I've tried others but this is the best one so far. The weight is heavy enough to roll easily and there are pads on the inside to make it comfortable on your skin

Great workout.
I use it daily, so worth the money. I haven't hoola in years but I still got it. It works really good. And a excellent workout. I take it everywhere I go, when I have down town I use it helps that waist line decrease.

Your back will hurtwhile using it even if you dont have back problems. And its not of soreness. Used too late to be able to return intime. Not a good buy

Easy to change size
This is easily assembled and to change sizes. Actual getting the ball to keep going does take some coordination. More difficult than it looks.The actual plastic is pretty hard but doesn’t irritate.
