Seek Optics Compatible/Replacement Lenses for Oakley Crankshaft Sunglasses Polarized UV400

As good as the OEM lenses as best I can tell and the price is right
I have to award these lenses five stars. They fit my Oakley Crankshaft frame perfectly -- they snapped right in and seem to fit indistinguishably from the OEM Oakley lenses, which my son had managed to scratch up.These lenses are beautifully polarized. The grey-blue tint is very soothing and nice, and the polarization seems to be every bit as good as Oakley OEM lenses. So far I have nothing to criticize about these lenses and the price is certainly right. (Problem with Oakley OEM replacement lenses is that they cost as much as you can buy a whole new pair of Crankshafts with new Oakley lenses. Obviously that makes no sense.) Again, as best I can tell these lenses are on a par with Oakley lenses.I am a yachtsman, and I tested these lenses for cross-polarization with my Raymarine chartplotter. As some of you may know, there can be a problem with cross-polarization such that at certain viewing angles the lens polarization completely blacks out the LCD screen. Ideally, the cross-polarization angle will be 90 degrees. With these lenses the cross-polarization was negligible, in fact it was the same as with my Maui Jim sunglasses -- high praise indeed.Nothing not to like an the price is right. Recommended. RJB.

Just as good as Oakley
I'm pretty picky about optics but also find that people who insist on everything Oakley fit firmly in the same category as people who use premium fuel in vehicles rated at 87 octane. They will swear up and down that there are noticable performance gains but in reality, they are wasting their money. There polarized lenses do the job. They do the job on sunglasses I wear every day. Sunglasses that I put on, take off, and sometimes throw around depending on what's going on. My lenses are prone to laying down lens first and being mashed into pockets with other things when I'm on the go. Every once in a while I will scratch said lenses and need a new pair. Do I want to pay a ridiculous amount for lenses I will ultimately need to replace again? No. Can I tell the difference between Oakly lenses and these ones? No. Of course the trolls will come out and suggest that I test the lenses at an optician's office, etc... Give me a break. These lenses get the job done. I can see into water while I'm fishing so the polarity works. If you like wasting money on premium lenses, go ahead. I like to be smart with my money.

Cheap and fitting replacement for WAY less.
Package arrived on time, was in a padded envelope, lenses we're in a sleeved felt pouch, and in new condition. Fit was a touch loose but snap in fine. Look and vision like the original lenses but not ~$90/set like Oakley charges...geez. Oakley Crankshaft replacement lenses at a fraction of the price. Maybe not rated as high on an ANSI test, but I don't typically use them in sporting applications. They also have a 1-year manufacturer warranty, as well.

I Liked Them...at First.
I've now bought three sets of seek lenses.1. Fit great in a Daniel Defense Gascan frame that now rests at the bottom of the ocean in Pensacola Florida. RIP.2. Bought a set for a Crankshaft frame. The mirror finish started coming off of the lenses shortly after in mounted them in the frame.3. Another set for another Gascan... These lenses are edged too small. They do not want to stay in the frame.Optics are good but the sizing and mirror coat quality are questionable.

... I received these lenses I was excited about how easily they fit into my old frames
When I received these lenses I was excited about how easily they fit into my old frames. They were perfect! The excitement quickly faded after I took them on vacation and the film of the front of the lenses was rubbed off too easily. I was very careful to keep them in a case when I was not using them so it confused me how easily the lenses were blurred. Very disappointing!

good replacement for factory
They seem to be made very well but the fit is just off, they pop out when I dropped my glasses several times. other then that there are no gaps and they seem to be pretty durable.

They fit!
The new lenses fit perfectly, I noticed they are however less curvy than the original ones. I saw no impact of this on the way they fit. Im satisfied.

Great for non OEM lenses
These work well, the mirror finish fades after about a year. It will always scratch on concrete or stone surfaces.

Surprisingly clear! Fits crankshaft perfectly.
These are a perfect fit in my crankshaft AND really clear. I got the black polarized with no mirror.

Very dissapointed
Lenses scratched really easily, along with they did not have great clarity. They made me squint compared to my original lenses. And they gave me a headache.

Saved my glasses
These fit in perfect and I can't tell the difference from these and the originals

Amazon took care of the issue right away
On side of the lens fit perfect but this is the other lens up to the original. It’s not even close. Amazon refunded me the money and I’m gonna try again and see if it was just a one time thing.
