Easy but tricky
Basic model, the first air fryer I have, there are no written instructions.. It's very easy to use but you have to warm it up all the time 3 to 5 minutes, specially with frozen vegetables

Replacement
I was activating my Onsite warranty and i discovered that the product is broken. I saw the crack when i was looking for the serial number of the machine. I would like to get the product replaced as it is broken.
