Better With You (Bragan University Series Book 1)

The story started well and I started to get involved. Then it was as though someone else wrote the middle part before everything ended well. The characters were also very confusing and I couldn’t understand them.

Loved this book it was so beautifully written story line was fantastic the characters where great cant wait to read more of her work loved it

DNF at 22%I wanted to get into this story but it was so... boring. No pace, it flowed like a PG book for 12 year olds but they are in college?Not for me

This is the first book by Gianna Gabriela I’ve read. It’s not one of my favorite genre college romance but I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed this story, Colton and Mia had me hooked from the start, you could feel the chemistry rising between them, the story is well written. All the characters work well together, so even though you think it’s not for you give it a go you might be surprised I was.

This has been so hard to rate, purely because although it's a good book, I just didn't connect with the characters.I love a book that'll grab me from the very first page and never let go (even at the very end!) Unfortunately this just didn't do it.I can't quite put my finger on what it was, but it was just missing 'something'. Nothing really stood out to me... Maybe I've just read too much?That being said, it could just be me!What I didn't like, maybe others will love!

Really enjoyed this one. A really nice read with relatable characters. Cannot wait for the next in the series to find out what happens.

Colton and Mia have both been hurt in their pasts because of their families and they both keep their walls up around other people to protect themselves. Mia is the shy study girl while Colton it the college quarterback. One night Mia ends up helping Colton's sister but her first introduction to Colton does not go well and despite being attracted to him she is not impressed. But much to Mia's annoyance they have to work together on a project in one of their classes. They work well together and get to know each other, feelings begin to change and they open up to each other . Even telling each other about their pasts. But are they both strong enough to take down their walls and trust each other so they can be together.I loved this book from start to finish, I struggled to put it down, just wanted to read one more chapter! Colton and Mia are both characters that you will love and you really want them to be together. I loved the authors writing , the whole book flowed well and was an easy read. I will definitely be reading more from this author and looking forward to the next in the series.I was given a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review and this is definitely a book that I would recommend

This YA romance debut book by Gianna Gabriela is a must read and perfect for anyone! I could not put it down!Mia’s world fell apart when she came home for break one year and she wakes up to her parents arguing and her Dad drinking. Her Tragic family history after that changed Mia from the easygoing person that she was into one who was focused on getting an education and keeping herself protected from heartache.Colton was the star football player who wanted to play professionally, but was determined to get a good education in case that didn’t pan out. He had partied hard his first couple of years becoming a ladies man but the situation that he was hiding forced him to grow up, mature and he took responsibility not only for himself but for his twin brother and sister. His incredible guilt caused him to be too protective of everyone he cared about.When they meet their relationship is full of sparks. She is different than anyone he has ever met. She is not caught up in his Football royalty status. She doesn’t treat him special and gives back more snarkiness than she gets! I love their dynamic! She is behind him 100% as she makes him work for their relationship and tries to teach him that he doesn’t have to be the strong one all the time!I highly recommend this book and I look forward to the books to come! Gianna Gabriela is an Author I expect to see more great books from!
