Star Munchkin 2-The Clown Wars

Star Munchkin is my favorite Munchkin theme, so I was excited to add this one to my collection. The cards in the base set are great, but I always end up wanting more variety. This expansion adds quite a bit to the game. It adds 72 door cards (bringing the total too 166), and 40 treasure cards (bringing the total to 114). Plus, it adds a new race (Bugs... bringing the total to 5 if you count humans), a new class (Space Ranger... also bringing the total to 5), and it also introduces a new type of card: Rooms. All things considered I think this expansion offers a lot of bang for your buck, and add lots of replayability to the game. If you like Star Munchkin, I think this you'll find this to be a very worthwhile addition to the game. Here's hoping there will be a Star Munchkin 3 someday (I know there was the space ships mini-expansion, but I'd really like to see another full expansion at some point).

Okay, so this one was less of a surprise in terms of size than the Space ships booster pack. When I received this game I had no idea it was the size of one of those Uno boxes that you get at Target. The first game comes in a huge box and the booster pack is so tiny in comparison, but luckily this one was in between. It contains a new race, the bugs, and a bunch of bug specific cards that add more to the comedy of the game. It also adds some duplicates of which only one appeared in the first space set balancing out the draw ratio. There are some new monsters which up the difficulty level of the game because they really mess with the player. It also adds rooms to the game which creates so much chaos that this game is never the same no matter how many times you play it. The sheer variety so space comedy also exponentially increases with more -azer weapons and items that come from this set. It really adds a lot to the original space munchkins set and if you buy the core set and both expansions it creates one epic chaotic game of fun and hilarity for anyone who loves the genre.

Box was a bit damaged, but what gets me were the rules (inside the box) were damaged too

Hours of fun for the family. Some arguments but lots of time spent together. Any age can play. Ours were from 8 yrs old to 17 for the most part but sometimes a couple of adults played also. Reminds me of the hours played on Monopoly only this is with cards and lots of memory and thinking. Great fun!

While very nice as an add-on to any Munchkin game, I had misread and thought this was a stand-alone version, so I was a little disappointed. It's great, just not a full game on its own.

Star munchkin is easily one of my favorite games of all time and this expansion just adds to the fun and excitement. I feel like this expansion makes it harder for someone to win as easily because there are more screw you cards. :) It also adds rooms which are fun. Really great purchase of you love star munchkin or munchkin in general.

A new race and class and more "-aser" weapons adds to the fun and humor of the game. The room cards are a fun new element, but it makes it more complicated. When trying to get new players interested, maybe stick with the original version without the expansion. Each of the new cards has a mark on the bottom so it is easy to separate them from the original game if needed.

What is there to say? It's the second installment of Munchkin in space. Lasers instead of swords and just as fun. More creatures; more weapons.If you've played Munchkin before, then you will love Star Munchkin and all of its expansions.

Great expansion add on to my favourite of all the Munchkin themes at the moment. It's possible to have a laser so powerful it's stupid!

La caja que contenia las cartas llego en un estado un poco deplorable rota por las esquinas, etc. Afortunadamente las cartas del interior estaban nuevas precintadas y listas para estrenar, otro dato a tener en cuenta es que el idioma por defecto es en inglés, no tan relevante como el estado en el que llego. Por lo demás todo perfecto, expansión muy entretenida y graciosa.

Is not a stand alone game. Its an expansion pack. Falsely advertised.
