As a gemologist who worked in retail jewelry, I can tell you that these gloves are actually slightly heavier and better quality than most. They will easily fit an average lady's size hand (7-7 1/2) and are very suitable for night wear. If they stretch out with repeated wear, machine washing and drying will shrink them back to size.

It’s very small.

I bought these gloves to use for the same purpose as another reviewer, to use at night after putting healing creams or ointment on my hands. I am a female, with probably slightly larger than normal hands for a woman, and I can't even get them on. This is before washing them. Nowhere does it say they will only fit petite women or children. I imagine many men handle coins and art, etc, which is what these gloves are marketed for. Unless you are a female with small hands, no matter what your intended use is, I would not purchase them!

After lathering my hands with hand and night cream I put these gloves on - in the morning my hands are soft and my bed linens are clean. A great purchase. I ordered some for all my friends.

Cheap material

I found the gloves to be a little bit small - I have average sized hands for guy - otherwise these gloves are ok. I use them for handling silver coins.
