Immediately I have ordered another one after the first bite
Tasty and crunchy... I'll check my glucose later and see how it goes... But it's super delicious 👍 UPDATE : Checked the blood sugar before and after.. no significant increase at all , its normal just little bit of increase which is absolutely fine.. I am using lacto free milk and stivia sugar with the meal, and everything is satisfactory
