It reminds us of the wisdom and foresight our founding fathers had when starting this nation.Open the book to any page to read a short, concise quote from many great early Americans (Lincoln, Jefferson, Washington, Adams, etc.) about the state of our nation. And best of all, the author has included quotes from many contemporary American Patriots (from both sides of the aisle) and you'll be again reminded of why our constitution is indeed unique and special. It's not a history book - it's a quick, easy, inspiring look at the thoughts of many citizens on what and how to make this country great. I think it's essential reading for anyone who may have forgotten how and why this country was founded. Bravo, Mr. R. Blake Wilson.

This work is a good starting point. The quotes are very inspiring and shows the great knowledge of human nature of what and how this Great Nation could and is falling that the framers of this nation possessed. After this read I challenge seachers to read about the Founders as individuals to gain greater insight of our past and possible future.

Was expecting more, pretty basic listing of quotes; good quotes but just one quote per page. I could have done a google search and end up with similar results.

True patriotism. Get this book.

I would slip this book in a pile of magazines at the dentist or any place where people look for something quick to read. Great quotes from wise people. Unfortunately not enough women quoted and this will give the Left an open door to claim that this is a sexist book, which is not, this is a book about freedom.
