One of Protein Works better products
The taste of this is one of the better ones from Protein Works, I've had some that they and the reviews say are really nice but are definitely not!This one if quite nice, I mix it with frozen fruit and milk every morning and quite look forward to it. It keeps me full until after lunch. If I have some breakfast I start to fell hungry just before or around lunch time but this keeps me going through well past lunch time. I have an account with Protein Works but with carriage if the order isn't over a certain amount it cheaper at times to order from Amazon.

This has mixed reviews but I personally like it. It has an acquired aftertaste if you drink it cold. I personally prefer it hot.If you like sweet lattes you’ll like this. It has a slightly creamy oat like texture which makes it feel filling but tastes exactly like a coffee without the same level of caffeine.Pro’s: nice sweet taste, caramel & vanilla latte flavour, green tea extract, low calories, great breakfast alternative, great if you’re cutting down on caffeine & trying to snatch your waist.Cons: if you don’t like cold coffee you may not like this. Tip: use hot water in a coffee mug. If you don’t like sweet things this might not be for you.I will likely try another flavour and use this when I want a coffee & breakfast 2 in 1 and I’m short on time. I love this brand & their pancakes are amazing.

Tastes great!
Taste is lovely, not too sweet, texture is quite grainy but it does say that on the bag. If I drink mine at around 8am it keeps me full until 12.30/1 so good. If say good value for money compared to other protein powders as good protein content

Too sweet
This one is too sweet for me, to put that in context, I’d say I have an extremely sweet tooth. Not that impressed with the flavour of this one either, it’s just ok. I find this to be watery compared to the meal replacement product, which is also not so pleasant.It’s just ok, I doubt I will finish the bag. Definitely wouldn’t purchase this again.

This is absolutely awful. Very sweet and tastes so powdery it is unreal. I brought 3 different ones and opened 2 both have the same artificial sweetness and had to be thrown away. I have tried to return the 3rd unopened pack and amazon will not let me. Stay clear or order at your peril. I can enjoy sweet but this is a whole different level of nastiness

Delicious I have tried the range and I love the caramel latte flavour. These shakes have helped me with my weight loss and my fasting.You can mix with water or milk. I personally do half and half. I also add a coffee shot when on the train! Simple to use I dilute to taste!
