Highly recommended!
Love love this protein shake. Has kept me going when I've not been well enough to cook. Gave some sachets to a friend who is having chemo and she has ordered more directly. She loves the taste. Very easy to digest and delicious.

Easy to make with milk. They’re thinner than the already made drinks which are easier to digest

Best with ice cream added.
I am on a restricted diet and my dietician recommended these, they are okay for a change but I always put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in and place in freezer for thirty minutes, lovely.
