What diameter seat cover will fit on these chairs?

Chair seat is 16” in diameter. It is 18” off the floor. A cushion might make it too tall. It is based on a classic cafe chair design and quite comfortable as is.

Is it sustainable wood? Green?

Wood is not green. It is cured and sturdy.

DO these come in a set of 2? or just one? (I am interested in purchasing the "unfinished" chairs)

I believe you have to click on package quantity option of 1 or 2 and the price will change accordingly. I ordered two of the two packaged options in the same unfinished color. They are lovely, classic and very well made.
