Awesome Pizza Oven
For being a small personal pizza oven, this is incredibly well built. I've made dozens of pizzas with this oven and am very happy.I found that when making multiple pizzas it's best to pull your coals back into the center/front to keep the pizza stone hot. Otherwise the doesn't get the same cook as the top and sides.I would definitely recommend and would buy again.side note: I wish the coal rake was longer (or extendable). I purchased a small crank blower that is very easy to keep the fire hot without having to blow in or fan the flames.

Well built
This is a very well built and simple oven. I looked at many styles of pizza ovens on the market. I settled on this one because, it was wood fired (no gas or pellets needed). As I have ready access to good hardwood. The flavor of the pizza is incredible! It does take practice to build a good fire. If you're looking for a simple, well built and wood fired oven this is an excellent choice.

One Awesome Oven
Finally pulled the trigger and so glad I did. Pulled it out of the box, peeled off the protective cover, placed the stone inside and ready to go. Oven heated up quickly and the first focaccia bread was in the flames about 20 minutes after the fire was lit. 4-5 minute cook time with 2 turns yielded incredible results. 30 minutes later threw in the first pizza. About 45-60 seconds per turn and in 2-3 minutes we had perfect pizza - bubbles in the crust and nicely browned top. Just restoke the fire for a few minutes between pies. I chose the Cru 30 over all the other intro level models because of the 7.5” height of the oven opening. Makes it more useful for loaf breads, chicken, etc., compared to the 4-5” openings on the Ooni and others. Love it!

This oven is too small for pizza
This oven is too small for a fire and a pizza. You end up with burnt charcoal for crust and soggy in the middle. It comes with plastic film all over it that takes an hour ot get off and you can never get the plastic our from under the rivets. So you end up with a pizza oven with plastic stuck in the cracks and under the rivets that look terrible. And you can't make a good pizza in it, so it's a total failure.
