it sounds odd, to be a non soap, hand wash. it comes out like a regular hand cream, but does work with water to give a nice clean, without harshness. i dont know if it can replace alcohol gel, as a watrerless santitser

Love this product. Excellent for dry hands which need that extra bit of moisturising. Bought from Amazon and the price represented good value. I would buy this product again.

I suffer with really dry hands & skin irritation. I thought I’d try this and was surprised at how much of a difference it has made in such a short space of time. My skin is much softer, more moisturised, and less irritated. This is great value for money, will not go back to any other handwash. Scent is subtle

I didn’t think this would work and almost didn’t buy it because of the issue of the surplus hand wash due to the poorly designed bottle which another reviewer mentioned. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a flare up and using this soap calmed it down in a few days. It has no scent and feels a bit like eczema cream on your hands and leaves a residue behind that isn’t unpleasant and feels moisturised. I’ll see what happens with the contained once it’s finished but for now it was a good buy.

I use this at work in a clinic as the hand wash they provide gives me a rash. So far so good! Feels nice to wash with and I haven't had a reaction to it.

I have to use this in winter my fingers and hands are so sore and dry. They are in water alot washing dishes or vegetables for my diet. I have now bought food gloves. I have skin allergies and this wash helps not to dry out the skin. The cost is a factor and the seller has increased the price again.

I have contact dermatitis on my hands and have struggled to find hand soap that doesn’t make my hands sore and dry. It has a cooling creamy texture and rubs in and washes off well. This soap has been a life safer and I have not had dry or irritated hands since, no matter how often I wash them. It’s quite expensive, but given the effectiveness of the soap, I don’t mind paying the extra money. I buy it every month now and have it at every sink. I wouldn’t buy anything else.
