Color Cute Coloring Book

This kids' coloring book is fantastic. It offers a lot of pages at a great price, making it a great value. The designs are intricate enough to help children learn to stay within the lines, yet they’re not so complex that younger kids would find them overwhelming or less enjoyable. We got this for our niece who just turned 7 and she loved it. My son, who is 2, also had a great time "coloring" in it....for as much as a 2 year old can The fun pictures included in the book are sure to capture kids' imaginations and keep them entertained. The balance of challenge and fun makes this book a hit with children of various skill levels. Overall, I have no cons to mention. This coloring book is a great choice for keeping kids engaged and helping them develop their coloring skills while having fun. Highly recommended!

I bought this for our adult daughters Xmas stockings. They occasionally use adult color books but are very busy now with careers an babies. This will be perfect for when they have a few minutes of down time to relax and create. The books will fit in their stockings with some slight bending. Paper is thick enough, sufficient amount of pages. Each page has an inspirational quote from various people. I think that it is nice to have a touch of encouragement. Would buy again.

I just cannot convey how wonderful this coloring book is! The pages are the absolute PERFECT SIZE for anyone that's impatient and wants to finish quickly, or those of us using equipment like gel pens that take a long time to shade things in. All the designs are absolutely gorgeous! And on the back of each coloring page is a quote and space to write your thoughts. The front of the book explains the entire process of selecting a color palette and what "adult coloring" is really all about - expressing yourself through color! The size is also perfect for traveling. This is just one of those products that are so perfect, you don't want to stop raving about them, lol.

I really like smaller sized coloring books with relatively simple designs because they are easy to carry to waiting rooms, color on airplane tray tables, prop up when I'm sitting in bed, etc. I'm also not the world's most patient colorist, so I like smaller projects for that reason. This book meets that criterion very well. The designs definitely would fall in the "cute" category. A number of the designs include motivational phrases like "shine bright" or "be true to yourself". This is not exactly my thing, but who knows? I may end up liking working on these once I get into it. I do like that the backs of each page have a little quote and some ruled lines for writing. I could see using these for journal jottings or notepaper. There are a couple of drawbacks, though, and that is why I have only given four stars. 1) The book is tightly bound and won't lie flat. Fortunately the pages are perforated and can easily be removed for coloring. But that kind makes this less useful as a potential journal. The designs don't go all the way to the binding and could be colored without removing the pages, but I don't like to feel that I have to fight to keep the page flat while I work. 2) The paper is fairly thin. Markers definitely soak through to the back. Of the random gel pens I tried, the darker ones definitely showed through. Crayola colored pencils worked fine. The paper is very smooth, so I don't know how much pencil layering could be done. So if using markers, definitely remove the page or use a blotter sheet underneath to keep from possibly marking the next page, and don't plan on using the backs of the pages if you use markers or dark gel pens. Over all I am satisfied with this purchase, but without an improvement in paper thickness I don't know that I would rush to buy from this line again.

My 85 year old mom and I both love many of the coloring books in this 'Perfectly Portable Pages' put out by DesignOriginals, this one included. The only problem is that they need to make some new versions!

Great small project for quick satisfying results

This is a cute coloring book. The reason I gave it only 3 stars was because I wasn't aware that it's not a "normal" sized coloring book. It's much smaller and would be perfect for traveling when spaces are tight. Overall, it's a cute book of which I can't wait to color in but beware of the size so you aren't disappointed as was I.

I gave this to my 5-year-old granddaughter, and she loves it - especially the small size. Every spare minute she had, she would sit down and work on one of the pictures. It made me so happy that she liked it that much. Wonderful gift.

I bought this book to take with me in my handbag. It is smaller at 13.2 x 0.5 x 20.6 cm than any of my other colouring books. The pages are perforated so this is easy to just tear them neatly out of the book. The pages are white with black printing. There is a short inspirational quote on the left pages and the pages to colour are on the right hand side of the book. I use alcohol inks so the ink bleeds through the pages, it is easier to either put a piece of cardboard behind the picture you are colouring or tear it out of the book first. If you use regular colouring pencils then you will not have to worry about doing that as the pencils will not go through to the other side of the pages. The pictures are very cute as the name "Color cute coloring book" suggests. Some of the images you can look forward to colouring are owls, flowers, hearts, butterflies, hedgehog, peace sign, paisley, mandala and rainbow/sun. Some of the images have words such as peace, let love grow, smile, be true to yourself, smile and more. A few of the quotes are Peace begins with a smile, Breathe in peace, breathe out love, Why fit in when you were born to stand out and Bloom like a flower, unfold your own beauty. There are examples of the images to colour that have been coloured in as examples using different styles such as watercolours, pencils or fine point markers as well as a combination colour page showing you different colour combinations and the emotion they represent, the page is called A spectrum of emotion and some of the emotions are serious, beachy, wild, bold, relaxed and happy. The emotions are all positive ones and geared around helping you chose 5 different colours to go together. I am very pleased with this book and would not hesitate to recommend it. I will keep mine in my bag. This would make a great gift to someone or to yourself.

Hermosos dibujos a mi hija le encantó, solo que al usar marcadores se traspasa un poco la tinta, se soluciona usando colores 😅. La entrega sin problemas.
