They were the perfect length for me. Very comfortable and good quality.

I ordered these for running and they work perfectly. I love the pocket on the side, I keep my inhaler in it while I run and never noticed it was there. It fits my phone too, but I've never put both in the pocket at the same time. There is only one pocket on the right side, it'd be great if there were another pocket on the other side. I had seen some reviewers say that they look kind of shear, I asked my husband to check while I had them on, and he said if they were see-through it was very minimal. I wore them running by themselves on a group run with bright pink underwear and was never notified about anything see through. I imagine if you were to wear black underwear, you wouldn't have to worry about anything.I also saw a review that said the elastic twists within the band, and that is true. The band's width is much wider than the elastic, and for fear of being too tight, I ordered a size up. I could have probably been fine getting a medium rather than large, but I just cut two small holes in the band and ran a drawstring through it. That kept everything in place nicely while running. I've worn one pair on two runs now, and am wearing another pair to work today under a dress. They work great for that as well. Comfortable, breathable, no pinching. They haven't ridden up while running or at work, and I've never had to adjust them.The only thing I don't like about these shorts is they have a shine or glossiness to them. They are spandex material but I wish they were more of a matte black like other running leggings I have, rather than looking silky. All in all, I'd say for this price to get three of these shorts is well worth it. I can live with the glossiness for the benefit of not having thighs rub together while running or wearing a dress. Plus a pocket!?

These are great shorts - so far the best I've managed to find for my shape (which is fairly round at the moment). If you're looking for compression, maybe try a size down. The size I ordered fits well, but I wouldn't call it compression.Pros:The legs stay down where they're supposed to. No riding up.The crotch & thighs behave and don't bunch up.Smooth, silky fabric is comfortable.Pockets big enough for an average phone, but snug enough it won't fall out.Cons:They're ALMOST snug enough (or high waisted enough) to stay up while working out. They roll down my belly far less than most shorts, but it's still an issue.

Go ahead and get them! They’re stretchy and thicker. They have a little bit of tummy control and the pockets are deep. I wore them to Disneyland and kept my phone in the pockets. I never once had to worry about my phone falling out. They’re so comfortable, I’m probably going to buy more to wear all summer.

i got these shorts to go to Disneyland. i thought the price point was great, and decided to get them based off of other reviews. the pockets sit at a slightly weird angle, making me believe that i was wearing them backwards a few times (i wasn’t). the stretch and overall fit is pretty nice.my least favorite thing about these shorts is the change in material when they stretch. i am 4’11, about 190lbs and so i have pretty thick thighs. out of the bag, the shorts have a nice buttery-ish feel while letting you know that they’re going to be nice for working out… if that makes any sense. but as soon as i put them on and they stretched, well… let the swish-swish begin. not only is the sound very loud, but you can feel the separated (stretched) fabric rubbing together. it’s not a super pleasant experience until you learn to tune it out.i still wear these shorts but am currently on the hunt for some buttery soft shorts that don’t hate my thighs :/
