The band is very comfortable around my head. As a side sleeper, I needed something comfortable and these are perfect. No digging in or discomfort. The sound is brilliant. Even at a low level. I am single so I can't comment on if it can be heard by a sleeping partner. I'm very happy with it and I would recommend.

I’ve had a couple sleep headphone headbands (different brands) now. I bought these a a replacement as one of the speakers on my previous band had stopped working (different brand) had stopped working.Pros:The headband is quite snug so it doesn’t slip of your head.Sound quality is quite good.Cheaper than most headband headphones.Cons:The speakers themselves are quite thick, compared to others , so may not be as comfortable when sleeping on your side.The recorded voice that lets you know your headband has connected is ridiculously loud, even when you have the volume turned down low. It’s quite startling and would be awful to hear if you fall asleep with these on.

Do not expect high performance quality at this price, there is no noise cancellation. However, for this price they provide the best solution I have found to listen to low level background music aiding a pleasant distraction to help doze when thoughts are denying sleep. Whilst they will slip as you toss and turn, if you notice this you will be awake so you can adjust them accordingly. For me they are not too uncomfortable if I sleep on my side. The headphones live up to my expectations.

Absolutely fantastic sound quality, the battery life is excellent and lasts for ages, and they are extremely comfortable, I have bought another 3 pairs for family and friends, I am so pleased with my purchase.
