Is sizing chart in inches or centimeters

Towards top of screen it has a choice of inches. I measured myself and I choice to size up and I made a good choice! I figured I would have inflammation so I sized up. In addition, I am way down the road of recovery and still wearing this line of shape wear and have tried several styles I love them all!

Does it have drainage holes

It does not have drainage holes.

The size chart confuses me. i’m a 34 c normally. that would be size medium according to the chart. but bust size of 34 would be xl. help!?

I have a medium and I’m a 38C you should be fine , the material is stretchy . If that helps
