It’s the best parchment paper out there. It works really well. It’s not bleached and priced well. I’ve been using this for the last 5 years now.

I love this parchment paper! The fact that it's natural, unbleached, and non-stick makes it my #1 choice. I've used it twice just today alone. Once to cover my baking sheet for spills while cooking, and also as a barrier on my canning lids for my jars of homemade vanilla extract. It's durable, and the large size goes a long way. Just a tip for any bakers out there: crumble it first and then spread it to keep it from sliding on your baking sheet. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality product.

Great paper
This parchment paper is excellent! It’s thick, doesn’t curl or tear, and doesn’t stick to food. The built-in cutter makes it super convenient to use. Great value for such a large amount — I use it for baking, roasting, and even freezing!

Amazing Product
AMAZING!!! I've been baking cookies forever and my aluminum pans, that I love, are old. Aware of the possibility of leaching aluminum, I sought a solution. This parchment paper was the greatest solution ever! Not only did it protect my cookies, I no longer have to wash my pans...a double bonus. Wonderful product and I highly recommend. It stays in place on my pans and the cookies baked just fine and were easy to remove...and no pan to wash.

Really Good Parchment Paper - and great quantity.
A really good value, and chef-quality parchment paper. I had purchased a roll about two years ago and had to replace it just now - it lasts. It cuts easily and is super versatile. I used to use aluminum foil for baking and heating, but I rarely do anymore - this leads to crisper results and is better for the environment. I honestly cannot live without it.

Heat tolerant and strong
This is the best for making sourdough in the enamel cast iron. Best paper I have used and strongest, doesn’t crumble in the heat like other brands. I’m on my second box for my bakery!
