XENTEC 55W Standard Size Ballasts x 2 bundle with 2 x Xenon Bulb 9006 6000K (HB4, Ultra White) offroad

These worked great at first! After about a week or 2. The passenger side wouldn’t kick on right away. So I’d have to cycle the key 20 times for it to kick on the bulb. Well one day it just wouldn’t turn on anymore. They sent out a new bulb pretty quick. That bulb lasted about another week till the same thing would happen. Then drivers side went out. They sent 2 new bulbs. Well new bulbs don’t work either so now they want me to send them the old ballasts so they can send me new ballasts. For a $30 hid kit. You get what you pay for. Honestly it’s too much of a hassle to send them the ballast to wait for the new ones, just for it to fail again. I even had installed a relay harness to supply power to them easier. These are amazing when they work. A nightmare when they don’t.

10000k Lights worked just fine and was very easy to install in my 07 honda accord . Awesome brand!

Good clear lighting with no flickering

I bought these lights for my sons car. We had to insert the wires into the socket of the connector, not a big deal. He loves the lights and how bright they are. The main reason that this gets 4 stars is i know HID lights dim over time.

Had this 9006 setup for 5months and one of the ballast had a short in it. I switched to led’s.

I’m not sure if it’s the ballast or bulb but one headlight isn’t working after a week. Ordered new bulbs because I’m 185 volts at the connector to the bulb. It could be the ballast not igniting the bulb though. I ran a bigger power wire and relay and still the same issue. Was intermittent for a couple days and now isn’t working. Pretty cool lights when they work though. I don’t want to pay $250 for Morimoto ballast and bulbs, especially because they get mixed reviews as well.

Kit came with one bulb that was inop, which now makes it difficult to use the entire kit. Do you drive with one light out ? or one hid light and use the old halogen one for the other side ? or just remove the kit and waste 1.5 hrs of your day to be back where you started from with the original halogen bulbs back in the vehicle. No way to contact the seller to see if they would overnight a new replacement bulb.Will try contacting the manufacture/customer service to see if they will send a new replacement bulb.

Bought these because regular headlights arent bright enough. Easy to install and look good. Last ones i bought had 1 of the ballast fail right at a year. Lets see if these last longer.

Get the car rover decoder for dodge rams! Plugged those into this kit and they work like a charm.

I have used this brand of lights before and they worked fine, this time around the lasted one week and flickring... long story short I have to buy lights again. Seems like Dodge ram doesnt like aftermarket stuff.
