This is probably bigger than you think
I got this as a basis for making a bread loader so I can get delicate loaves, like épi, safely into my oven. So, I wanted it big so I can cut it down. Even so, It's bigger than I envisaged!It's nice and light and looks to be well made: There is no warping or opening up of glued joints. The handle is well centered, so the peel is actually relatively easy to control.It will fit my needs very well, but do think before you go ahead and order one.

It’s very large and perfect for pastries
I use this to cut cookies, roll out biscuits and and non-staining baking product makes cleanup easy. I can go anywhere with this paddle. I have Formica and this is better to work on.
