I couldn’t pick up rhinestones with this or even paper I don’t know maybe I’m using it wrong

One of my dislikes with paint by diamonds projects are the stylus' & wax. When I came across this product & read the reviews I was hesitant to order it but decided to give it a shot. I must say that I am very pleased overall with my purchase. The Pros: 1) No longer having to deal with the stylus & wax! 2) Not having to stop to refill the stylus or clean it out. Just twist the top of this one a tiny bit & you're free to continue. The Cons: 1) There is a learning curve to this product. The tip is a quite a bit wider than what is typically used & therefore can slow you down as you learn how to place the diamonds so you're not knocking the surrounding ones out of place. 2) There are not multiple diamond placing tips available so if you want to finish a project quickly, then this is not for you. For myself however, this is not a con because these projects are all about relaxation so I'm not in a hurry to finish them. As for what to use in it - you can certainly use the pink wax that comes with projects. You can also use poster tac. After trying a couple products & reading reviews I decided on Blue Tac but that's my personal preference. I hope this helps!

I love this was pen! The wax holds rhinestones well and I dont see any residue left behind. It is easy and natural feeling due to it's normal pen body. It's easy to screw the top that pushes the wax out and the wax it self can be gently molded in the finger tips to create a sharp sturdy point. It's the perfect all around tool for rhinestones of all sizes from ss3 and up.
