I’m 5’7”, 143lbs and a 36c, I ordered a medium and it fits well, I do have to cinch the drawstring around the waist quite a bit so I would say a medium or large

Q: Im 5’8 180 40ddd with and Lx fit my chest?

I’m 180 5’7” Large fit great, so I’m pretty sure it would!

Q: What is the actual Fabric content? Cotton? Polyester?

Cotton blend but washes nice but no dryer

Q: This same dress is on shein for 13.99.?

SHEIN sucks! I bought one last year terrible and I couldn’t get my money back or anything Amazon is better at returns if not happy with item So best to buy it here then shein
