The SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel Variety Pack delivers fast, stomach-friendly energy in a neat sampler format. The texture and flavor are notable—it’s one of the few gels I can take without needing water, and it powers me through mile after mile with minimal hassle

These gels do get absorbed very quickly and help me from bonking with 22g of carbs without spiking your sugar and IMO do perform better than something like a Stinger Energy Gel that has 24g of carbs but 48% of that comes from added sugar. So here is where science vs practicality comes in since SIS Gels are simply bigger servings and take more room in your pockets and come out to $1.89 per serving in most cases which simply isn't amazing. Then factor in that the flavors of these are alright but they are more like the essence of flavor than anything substantial and the texture is simply gross and would be akin to eating goop maybe? Granted no one is eating gels for pleasure and on performance yeah SIS is 9/10, price 6/10, and taste and texture 4/10.

Unlike another brand, these SIS gels work for me, no issues. I managed 7 during my last marathon.

Was able to sustain a high pace for 4 hours with these. They are awesome! I don't have any particular favorite flavour. They are all ok.
