Absolutely delicious, this pancake mix is perfect for anyone watching carbs intake. This product is a healthy version of regular pancake mix which is impossible to find. I would definitely recommend.

Taste like homemade. Be prepared when you make this the bread dough seems thin & takes a little work to make into pizza. But it raises some when baking and the texture is soft & so flavorful. Great low carb more than keto to me but I love it & my family does too. Mini pizza make your own coming up... Can't go wrong with King Arthur.

I love these pancakes. They are nice, fluffy and filling. I wish there was more per package, so I guess I’ll buy 2 bags at a time.

The mix smells like cake batter so I was a little concerned that it was going to taste too sweet, but it was actually quite good. The pancakes cooked up beautifullly and fluffy, a little sweet. We do a 'dessert' pancake sometimes and this would probably be great for that.

We have been using this mix for about a year. I have changed what I add to the mix because we eat a high protein diet, but it works fine as the directions. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to make pancakes while going Keto. The flavor is perfect- it’s my go to for breakfast. They are simple to make and taste amazing.

This is as easy as making astronaut food... well almost. Just add water, stir, and cook for a few minutes to get some very close approximation to pancakes. I haven't tried them side by side with standard pancakes, but they look, taste, and feel close enough where I wouldn't realize they weren't normal pancakes unless someone told me. the serving size is pretty small (2 3.5 inch pancakes), but the carbs and calories are pretty low too.

Weird. The texture of the "batter" is just odd. It's like wet sawdust. I ended up doubling the small amount of water that the instructions call for, and it still wouldn't spread out into a pancake shape. I had to use a spoon to flatten it out so it would cook. The finished product wasn't very pretty, but I guess it tasted ok as long as I drowned each pancake in keto-friendly syrup. Saving the 2nd half of the bag for my next pancake craving. But that's only so I don't waste what's left. I'm afraid this is a one-and-done for me. I won't buy this again.

Made great pancakes, waffles and even the bread topping for pot pie! Great crusty

Received the package in subpar condition, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, noticed ants on the product's surface upon inspection. Haven't had the chance to use the product yet, but the initial condition is a concern.
