It is an involved protocol. Should be taken after weeks following administering the oil. I followed it to the T for a dear member of my family with cancer. I truly believed in miracles, this didn't help one bit. She died May 24, 2022, heartbreaking. Unless your condition is minor and it doesn't matter if it works or not, and you wouldn't know anyway, my advice to you is don't waste your time with carnivora, unfortunately.
