I bought these because the sides of my shoes are too high on my ankle. This raises my foot perfectly

I got these to put in one shoe because my other foot is currently in a medical boot due to a broken ankle. I was looking for a insole to raise the height in my other foot to level me out. It works fine . They work fine and are comfortable but don't have a arch support.

Very good insoles with accurate cutting charts to tailor sizing. I slipped these into my sneakers and it just gives me a slight extra lift and support. I like that the insoles are relatively minimal with its features - no arches etc - which was what I was looking for. Just enough cushion without feeling I’m walking on sponges all day long.

Ich habe diese Einlegesohlen schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt. Ich brauche sie nur einseitig wegen einer Beinlängendifferenz. Sie tragen sich sehr angenehm, polstern gut ab und sind nicht so hart und unflexibel wie Kork-Einlegekeile. Man kann sie im Rahmen der angegebenen Größen passgenau kürzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
