You can control the dosage
I love these drops because I can take a lower dose. So many Vitamin B-12 supplements are ridiculously excessive compared to the recommended daily requirement. They say your body can get rid of whatever it doesn't need, but I don't necessarily believe more is more. I'll take just what I need with these tasty drops.

1 mL is too much to comfortably hold under your tongue
This stuff tastes great, but I realize now that a whole mL is too much to comfortably hold under your tongue and go about your life while it absorbs sublingually. The whole point of taking it under the tongue is to bypass stomach acidity and other absorption problems, but the directions aren't clear how long you're to hold it under your tongue--eventually, you have to swallow it. I'm quite sure I never get the full 1000 mcg. Going forward, after this bottle is empty, I will be returning to sublingual tablets. If they're properly flat, they're easy to hold under your tongue for as long as necessary.
