I purchased from Amazon this product and was 110v without any warning from them and on the first utilisation burned and nobody wants to repair or to replace it Please be carefully

We’ve been using this blender for about 3+ months and it’s really great. Several times a week we use the smaller blender containers for smoothies. I pulse flaxseed in at the start and it transforms the seeds into a decently smooth powder. We also love the convenience of the cups for make-and-go breakfasts. Then, last night we had a party and made 5ish batches of margaritas in the bigger jug. They were as smooth as if they’d come from a margarita machine—no ice chunks whatsoever. I also really appreciate the simplicity of the dial, and I like the blade being built into the larger container. I think it’s easier to clean (just throw it in the dishwasher), and no assembly means no leaks. This is a great blender and powerful enough for my needs!

Works like a champ. Replaced our old Kitchen Aid blender with this improved version, and it is an improvement. The container no longer drips when you pour the liquid. The old version lip dripped no matter what you did; this one does not drip at all. Nice clean design and very easy to clean, unlike the old version, where you had to disassemble the entire blender to clean it. This one is configured to be able to clean without taking anything apart. Real time saver. And boy, can it crush ice - 2-3 seconds and you are done. Kitchen Aid did a great job at improving their blender.

My old Jamba blender had started leaking every time I used it and it started becoming a slacker at ice crushing so I started looking for a replacement. In researching this blender I came across this one with two smoothie blending cups. This meant that there would be a separate set of blades for smoothies and components could be easily cleaned or replaced if damaged. The cone-like shape of the cup helps draw the ice down so it doesn’t ride on top of the ingredients and the blade design prevents cavitation. It does such a good job chopping and blending the ice and frozen berries that preparation takes a fraction of the time AND effort than it did using my old blender. And the consistency is so much better! No ice or berry chunks, just a smooth refreshing drink without surprises. I do not drink out of the smoothie containers so they will last longer and be less subject to possible breakage, but that is a matter of personal preference. The separate smoothie blade unit and the drive system in the base are made of some sort of polycarbonate that seems pretty tough. The decorative base exterior is plastic, even though it appears to be metal in the pictures so be careful how you handle it. It’s difficult to tell how well it will hold up its finish. Mine is the shiny red finish. It is available in several colors and shiny or matte finishes, the latter probably being more resistant to showing fingerprints. All in all I am impressed with the strength and efficiency of this machine and as I find more uses & recipes for it, I may update my review.
