I had surgery on my cervical spine which left my neck and upper back/shoulders aching for quite a few weeks. Ice packs were hard to fumble with and position back there. But then i found this, and i love it!! It has a side with fabric to use when your skin is exposed to not freeze you to death or require a towel. Then a side for when more cold is needed, like through a heavy sweater. It is somewhat moldable, especially after wearing 5min or so. The only thing i would change is perhaps making it a tad bigger. I am small, and the button closure was tighter on my neck even so, and having it go down a couple more inches on the shoulders would be a positive change also. Overall though- I love this product and highly recomend it!

I sleep often on summer nights with an ice pack on my neck, so when I saw this, I had to try it. It has nice coverage, and is soft on one side, so no extra towel needed. Plus a lot softer in my neck than a traditional ice pack. That said, downsides are that it doesn't keep cool long, so I had to go get the icepack anyway. But it is nice while it lasted.Other small draw back was how stiff the flaps are that button to keep it around your neck, so I had to unbutton it and just lay back on it. No big deal, but I tried to wear it cooking in the kitchen the other day during a flash, and I had to keep adjusting, pulling down the flaps that were cutting into my neck uncomfortably.Still, overall, it is nice for the coverage area. Soft. Easy to use. So may work really well for just icing a neck issues for short periods of time. Think I am asking too much of it. lol

I really love the idea of this product, but the construction of it is such that only a child or small woman can snap it in the front. I am a six foot man, about 220 lbs. Not super big as American males go. I know I've met many people with larger necks than mine. If it were built with a larger neck hole, that would really make it awesome. Perhaps it's made in China where people are smaller??? I don't really know why it would be a problem to have it have a larger hole, but alas, it chokes on you when you wear it.

I had cervical disk surgery in the front of my neck. Literally, I had the feeling of the weight of the world on my shoulders and upper back. I use this 3 times per day to loosen up the tight and cramped muscles. It has been a Godsend. Make sure to be careful of the snap area in the front that it doesn’t pull/scratch your incisions. Highly recommend for anyone having neck surgery. Great product as of it was designed just for this!

I wanted something for both heat and ice. If heat to much they pop and break. And the 20 seconds they say does nothing. I did heat for 2, 20 seconds got Luke warm, but lasted a few min and Luke warm doesn't help. When it freezes it freezes hard u can't bend to snap shut. It's supposed to have a solution to keep it from freezing hard as ice. It supposed to b a little mushy. It's not. Oh and those little ones last like 3 min against hot skin and r really useless.

I can't returned because I put it in the freezer, and threw the box away by mistake.This morning I try to put it on, and I couldn't. It's too small, the back of the neckdoesn't align, and you can't clip the 'button' because it doesn't reach. Waste of money.

I love the design of the ice pack because it fits well to the neck and shoulders. It seems to freeze fairly quickly. The velvety feel of the one side of the ice pack that sits next to the shoulders and neck is very comfortable and not icy cold on the skin. I have just a thin cotton shirt between my skin and the ice pack. Very happy with purchase! It helps!

No me ha gustado este modelo, no tiene manera de ajustarse pues solo tiene un gancho que queda muy grande . El resultado es que el producto no se queda donde debe estar sino que se chorrea permanentemente
