The bottle is as big as the picture, seriously. The writing on the bottle is smaller than pictured. The pills are extremely tiny. I tried one, and I don’t think it did anything other than make me want to vomit.

They didn't work. Ive been trying many different kinds or brands of kava, and this brand just didn't work. I thought because it said potent it was going to work well. Unfortunately it didn't. If i crushed the tablets up into a fine powder they seemed to work slightly better but still not as much as it says.

These are higher doses of kava, previous one I used was 500mg per tab. These tabs are closed to 1500 per tab. But you can easily break in half. Works well and with a melatonin is a great send off to zzzzz land.

I ordered this Kava Kava Extract supplement to boost my mood and help relieve some stress. I can't say with 100% certainty that these work, meaning I can prove nothing to you, but I felt more balanced emotionally and relaxed.I take one tablet daily with a meal, and I don't feel any nausea or ill effects from taking the supplement with or without food. The tablets are manageable and go down easy with water.

Phyllis Balch recommended 70% kavalactone tablets just like these claim to be in her "Prescription for Herbal Healing" book. However I feel no effect from these even taking 3 tablets at once on mostly empty stomach. Surprised since the company has good reviews on BBB. Also beware that kava has been known to cause false positive on urine drug tests for mdma. The supplement may be legit but has been exposed to temperature extremes before it gets to you, decreasing the potency.
