Comfortable & Intuitive
Bought the Roccat Syn headset about a month ago. Been using them every day to this point. No major issues to report, other than the RGB being a little funky.Pro's-Comfort! As a glasses wearer the cups on the headset are very comfortable and don't pinch my glasses. Also, the flip down mic is well placed and stays out of my way when I don't need it.-Customization. Lots of options and tweaking to be done in the Neon software if you are into that stuff. Out of the box the sound is good though. I've just been using the 3D sound feature for action games (Destiny 2, Apex), and it sounds great. Besides that, the neutral sound on video/audio has been on point as well.-Battery Life. I've had the lighting off for the most part and have had no issues with the battery so far. Used it for up to 12 hours at a time with no issue.-Wireless Range. I own a few other headsets and I can say the Roccat Syn provides the best range out of all of them. It's nice being able to be able to walk around the pad while keeping tabs on a podcast, song, discord chatter, etc...Cons-Software. While the Neon software is fine and all, it's annoying that I have to use that as well as Roccat Swarm for my other Roccat devices. Wish everything worked with one piece of software. That said, the AIMO lightning does still work across all devices.-Features. Some of the audio features aren't explained well in the software. Wish I was able to find about more about what features did what.-Lighting. Wish there were more RGB features in the software. All in all, love the headset. Good value if you can nab this when it's on sale.

Great Sound, easy to set up
This is a great headphone, the sound is very good and I have to say that better than expected. The set up is really easy just plug and play but I recommend to download the Roccat Neon Software in order to make changes in the EQ and in my case turn off the lights and save battery. Mic is decent no problem to the other part to hear me and in terms of confort the hearpads are a little bit rough at the beginning but with the use is ok. Overall great headphone I really like it and it is my daily driver every day to work in front of my computer. I can not have an opinion on gaming since I don't use it for that but the performance in terms of sound, mic and battery for me is on point. Excellent all and all.

My first choice for wireless
This headset has it all for me. Great battery life, good sound, good enough microphone, and might be the most comfortable headset I've ever worn. The only reason I've removed a star is for the software. UGH it's awful. Slow, clunky, and feels like it has a 15 minute update every month. I have switched to regular headphones + a BEACN mic (amazing btw) and it does blow this headset out of the water. But if you want a full headset and you want wireless just get this. It's leaps and bounds beyond anything else I've tested.

Not worth it
Overall this was a big disappointment and resulted in a lot of aggravation. The headset would not charge and would only give a blinking red light meaning the battery was low. The power button on the headset would not work and the headset would only turn on occasionally when connected to the computer. When I did finally get it connected to the computer, the NEON software said mandatory updates were needed. This process failed multiple times, but after multiple reinstalls I got the first round of updates working. Then, the NEON software said a mandatory firmware update was needed, which of course failed. After this the headset would not turn on, charge, or do anything even when plugged into my PC. I'm not sure if my issues were the result of defective hardware, software, or both. However, I will be returning this and looking for another brand headset. I have a Roccat keyboard and mouse which work great, but this was terrible.

Would not suggest
The headset is a great thought but the software kills the experience and makes it very frustrating. Turtle beach is entrenched in it and takes complete control of the audio and brings it to an incredibly low level not optimal for any kind of game that you would benefit for sound cues. The software for neon seem to not want to update it doesn't show that it's connected when it clearly is. Customer service for there equipment is a nightmare. Goes through 20 questions there isn't a live member or an email to just send out and try to figure out. I wouldn't suggest their headsets. The mice are another story but I feel there are better plug and play options for headsets that don't mess with your audio.

pretty good
so, I got this a few days ago and for the time being it a really good headset I also like the mic that came with it as it's an ear rape mic I'll make an update in like a month or so to test the how strong it is also the clamping force is kinda strong and for other people this could be a bad thing so, yeah that's my review.edit: ok it's been a bit over a month and so far, nothing too bad has happen but i do see want some people mean by its itchy when I have it hanging by my neck it itches so it's not a terrible thing, but it can get annoying for other people so over all it's a good headset not the best but still good it's still a five star in my books you can still go wrong with it if you dislike the clamping force or if you don't want it to itch your neck the rgb is really nice (something I forgot to say last month) but yeah it's a good headset also if you don't want to trust a kid on the internet that's fine if check the other reviews and if you still don't like it then i think it's fine it's not for everyone but yeah that's all I have to say see ya o/

Comfortable, stable, crisp---great product!
Nothing but good things to say about these so far! I have had zero wireless issues and have been really impressed with how comfortable the headset itself is. Mic is decent, sound quality is nice to my untrained ears, and haven't had to charge it at all yet. Only drawback is that quiet noises have a little bit of static on top. Minor issue but if you are easily bothered I could see it being irritating. Overall very happy with the headphones, especially at the $50 price I bought them.

Really comfortable
I use them for work, the cushion is nice for long wear. Battery life is good Ive gone two days without charging and the 3rd day as it beeped indicating low battery. charged while I was on the phones did not have issues with connection. It does block out most but I do have kiddos so I still can hear them faintly. It’s very crisp sound haven’t had any issues with anyone hearing me. First pair i did receive I would have not recommended, replacement pair I do love. Very comfortable for 8hr shifts.

me gusto que tiene buena calidad de sonido si se pierde y se corta si te alejas mucho de tu computadora

Fantastic wireless headphones.
Third ROCCAT headset. First wireless. Like the other products, great product. Wireless works for about 24hr nonstop. Reception from the dongle, is enough to cover our whole small house. Microphone mutes as soon as you lift it up since it is easy to forget you are wearing it and go places where you don't want the mike on :) . Light enough to wear and not notice it. Will have to wait to see how the ear cups last since that has been an issue with previous ROCCAT's and other headphones.

Mic Broke and Terrible Customer Service
Within like 3 months the mic broke, and I tried to contact Amazon who sent me to the warranty company as I bought the 2 year warranty, but then they sent me to the roccat company and has given me the run around and all I want is a refund but no one will get back to me.

Good
Good quality but somehow the USB transmitter bug a bit and make some sound distortion that make this 2 star.
