Great color. Came fast and perfect new condition. I used this in high school and college to take notes. That was about 50 years ago. Love the 5 pocket sections dividers. However I kept buying this notebook AFTER college, to journal in, to process my life. Helped being my diary. It's the traditional and ever customary weight and size. Tearing the perforated pages out is more difficult if I use it for hand letter writing. Tough to get the paper left behind, that stays inside the spiral. If that's it's only problem, I don't really mind. Performs wonderfully, as designed, otherwise. Perfect notes for anything = college, diary, journal, important ideas, purchase products and purchase orders, information documentation. Lists of attributes, positive/negative rationalizationds. Legal ideas and medical questions. Working through feelings and understanding of happenings and purpose. Works through difficult and good times. Looking back can help in self discovery and personal awareness/psychological therapy. If you need to rant ... Write it down = don't get mad at others in deed or action. Don't get mad at yourself. Put it down in writing. And keep it to yourself. It has helpede to process and stretch myself. Journaling is mindfulness.

I was looking for a notebook with separators and a lot of pages since in college, you have to write a lot, and I found this perfect because of all of the separators which also had pockets on moth sides to store loose papers and because cover itself is very durable/ water repellent. Also, the option where you can scan it down in your notes and just like upload it to a PDF just rewrite notes on like an iPad or anything it’s just so nice as well. Overall a good notebook and it will last me a WHILE :)
