Works as intended. Helps with putting lotion on back.

I guess it does what it says it is, which is APPLY lotion. I was hoping to be able to apply more pressure to the handle as I was applying pain relieving type cream & was hoping to be able to kind of like massage my shoulder as I was applying the pain cream. Unfortunately that is not what it's made for. So if you just need to apply moisturizing lotion it's fine. But don't expect it to be like a third hand.

Works great

I purchased this for a 90 year old lady I know that could no longer reach her back to put on lotion. She said this has saved her life! She has skin irritations and has a scrubber to wash with but mentioned she couldn't put lotion on. She had had no complaints about this and is super happy with it. I know there were a few mentions of the handle breaking but with her being 90, I don't think that will be an issue.

This was the easiest way I found to get lotion on my back. I had thought about for a long time. I have seen these items in some of the catalogues that come in the mail, where you fill the attachment, place a cover over the attachment, and the lotion is to roll out like deodorant, I didn't know how well that would work, so when I saw this one with a pad, to apply lotion to the pad, I can get lotion directly on my back, all over my back, from top to bottom. What is nice, these pads can be washed, I just run it under water, rub lightly to get the lotion off, then let it air dry. This also comes with a second head attachment, which is nice. I like this and with the long handle I can reach areas where I could not without this. For me, I liked it.

The head falls off while putting lotion on my back. Def a poor design.
